humberto e fernando CAMPANA.

Drawing inspiration from Brazilian street life and carnival culture, the brothers FERNANDO AND HUMBERTO CAMPANA combine found objects – such as scraps of wood and fabric off-cuts – with advanced technologies to create a vibrant, energetic and definitively Brazilian approach to design.

Fernando and Humberto Campana exhibited a terracotta table made of decorative ventilation bricks commonly used in Brazilian houses.
Called Blow Up – Bamboo, the pieces were originally prototyped in bamboo by the brothers before Alessi produced them in stainless steel.
they have designed a bamboo version of their blow up furniture and tableware collection for italian design brand alessi.
The Vermelha Chair by the Campana Brothers. It takes four days and 500 meters of acrylic & natural cotton rope create it. The factory has only one person who is able to do this.
